Your Excellency the Governor, distinguished members of the entourage, all protocol dully respected, ladies and gentlemen;
We of the St LOUIS Family are honored and privileged to receive all of you here as part of the tour of Mezam Sub Division.
This clinic was started on the 13th of November 1994 and we recently celebrated our 10th Anniversary at a High Mass at which we gave thanks to our LORD and MAKER.
