St
Louis Group Inc.
is the umbrella organization under which our
various activities fall. It is headed by a CEO
- Dr Ngwanyam. The Clinic, Higher Institute
of Health, Pharmacy, Factories are headed by
Directors.
There is also
a Board of Directors. Each unit
is a different legal entity.
Factories have no directors yet because they
are still under creation.
The appellation : ST LOUIS GROUP Inc came into
existence in 1999 and was actualized in 2004
when the whole administration of St Louis activities
was reviewed with the help of Mr. Peter Jaeger
sent in from Senior Expert Service Bonn to help.
