Membership:

The initial members shall consist of those who have undertaken to initiate, promote and launch the Foundation up to registration and shall take up some amounts as their own contributions which shall be paid either in cash, kind, land or equipment.

Membership is open to individuals and legalized organizations of good will who subscribe to the objectives of the foundation.

BINDING FORCE

The articles shall when adopted bind the Foundation and both           present and future members.

DEBT BY MEMBERS:

All money payable by any member to the Foundation under these Articles shall be considered a debt on which the Foundation can budget.
